CALL FOR NOMINATIONS – BLUE FALCON AWARD 2026





The Victorino Mapa High School Alumni Association, Inc. (VMHSAAI) by the leadership of President Reach Pen̈aflor  is now accepting nominations for the prestigious Blue Falcon Award 2026.

This award honors outstanding alumni who have excelled in their profession, demonstrated exemplary leadership, and made significant contributions to the community, state, or nation.




๐Ÿ”น Eligibility:

✔️ Must be an alumnus/alumna of Victorino Mapa High School
✔️ Proven professional excellence & leadership
✔️ Demonstrated ethical values, integrity, and humanitarian service
✔️ Class dues in good standing with VMHSAAI
✔️ Continued support and interest in VMHS
✔️ Willingness to attend the award ceremony

๐Ÿ”น Nomination Requirements (5 complete sets):

1️⃣ Official Blue Falcon Nomination Form (VMHS AAI v.08.2025)
2️⃣ Recent 2x2 photo of the nominee
3️⃣ Complete Biodata (personal info, education, work history, skills, values)
4️⃣ Supporting documents (Certificates, Diplomas, Awards, Recognitions)
5️⃣ Letter of Recommendation (detailing achievements, academic/artistic excellence, publications, honors, etc.)
