Vice Mayor Marcos Mamay of Nunungan, Lanao del Norte, closes 2025 with a remarkable collection of achievements—solidifying his impact in both public service and the entertainment world. On November 26, Mamay was elected Vice President for Operations of the Vice Mayors’ League of the Philippines (VMLP) during its 29th National Convention at the Manila Hotel. His selection marks a significant expansion of his role in national governance, reinforcing his commitment to programs that uplift communities and strengthen local leadership across the country.
